We take care to describe our products accurately. Apex Male is a food supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual results vary. 4. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

5. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.

6. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. We'll notify you before renewals and shipments. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us before the next renewal. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Delivery & returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and your cancellation and refund rights by our Refund & Returns Policy — both form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (including the Apex Male name, logo, text, and images) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable or that arise from misuse of the products (including failure to follow the label or medical advice). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
