Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all UK orders.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times
UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; couriers occasionally experience delays outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking where available.

Address accuracy & failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).

Lost or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@tryapexmale.com and we'll help track it down.
