Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Apex Male products from tryapexmale.com, operated by Subul Global LTD ("we", "us", "our").

Our 60-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind Apex Male. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of receiving your order — even if you've opened the product and tried it. Just contact us at support@tryapexmale.com and, where we ask you to, return the product (including empty containers) to the address we provide.

Your legal right to cancel (UK)
If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For hygiene and safety reasons this statutory right does not apply to sealed supplements once they have been unsealed after delivery — but our voluntary 60-day guarantee above still applies.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email or phone before the 14-day period ends, and return unopened, unused goods within 14 days. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return).

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

How to request a refund or return

We'll confirm whether a return is needed and, if so, give you the returns address.
Return the item using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you're responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Subscriptions
With Subscribe & Save you can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us before your next renewal. Cancelling stops future orders; it doesn't automatically refund an order that has already shipped, though the 60-day guarantee still applies to it.
